Please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on your day of departure and return your room card including its holder as well as the yellow “Palais Thermal” wristband to reception.

Paying your hotel bill:

• The evening before departure until 6:00 p.m. or in the morning from 8:00 a.m.
• Please hand in any vouchers when you arrive.

Tip for a relaxed check-out:

• 8:00–9:00 a.m.: Check out first, then enjoy breakfast at your leisure.
• 10:00 a.m.: Pack your luggage, then check out.
• 11:00 a.m.: Please allow for a short wait, particularly on Sundays and public holidays.

Payment is possible the evening before departure until 6:00 p.m. or in the morning from 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express cards.

Your room card is used for your room and the hotel entrances. If it is lost, we charge a €5.00 replacement fee.

The night entrance to the “Rossini” building can be opened with your room card.

We provide one bathrobe per person for the duration of your stay in the standard size L/XL. A bathrobe change costs €5.00.

Spa towels are also provided free of charge and can be exchanged free of charge whenever required.

Please take your bathrobe and spa towels with you to the “Palais Thermal”.

Please bring your own pool shoes. Pool shoes are compulsory in the “Palais Thermal”. Terry-cloth slippers are not permitted.

If you have not brought your own pool shoes, they are available from reception in the “Rossini” building for €6.50.

Strong-smelling food is not permitted in the rooms. In the event of non-compliance, we charge a €15.00 additional cleaning fee.

The power button is located on the lower side of the television. Please keep the volume at room level.

Hypoallergenic or additional pillows measuring 40 × 40 cm are available on request. Please contact reception by 8:00 p.m.

The minibar is empty and not stocked. We offer a delivery service for drinks and snacks.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. In the event of non-compliance, we charge for a deep cleaning of the room.

Radio stations are available via the television.

Internal calls and direct dialling to your room are possible. External outgoing calls are not available.

Available in some rooms. In Comfort rooms, please activate the wall switch first and then use the remote control.

Please use only the electric blinds. The curtains are decorative.

Room cleaning takes place after every two nights, for the first time on the third day of your stay. Additional towels and toiletries are available from hotel reception.

Operation, depending on the model:

• Enter a 6-digit code and press Enter.
• To open: enter your code + Enter.
• To close: press “Close”; do not enter the code again.

Alternative model:

• Close the door.
• Enter your chosen code, 1–9 digits, followed by #.
• To open: enter your code + #.

After several incorrect attempts, the safe will be locked. Please contact reception in this case.

The sparkling wine breakfast buffet is served in the “Rossini” building.

Daily from 7:30–10:00 a.m., and until 10:15 a.m. on weekends and public holidays. A packed lunch is available on request for €5.00.

Used for access to the “Palais Thermal” and cashless payments. Please return it when you check out. If it is lost, we charge €20.00.

Our fitness studio of more than 200 m² is located in the “Badhotel” building and is open daily from 6:30 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

Use is complimentary for hotel guests. Access is possible with your room card. Please bring your own towel.

A complimentary drinks station is also available in the fitness area.

The historic “Palais Thermal” is directly connected to the “Badhotel” building. Admission is included for hotel guests during their stay.

The thermal water pools can generally be used either with or without swimwear. The traditional saunas and steam baths are textile-free.

Opening hours for hotel guests:

• From 8:00 a.m.: “Blue Bath”.
• From 9:00 a.m.: outdoor pool and panorama sauna.
• Monday–Friday: all areas 1:00–10:00 p.m.
• Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: all areas 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
• Bathing and sauna time ends daily at 9:30 p.m.

Tuesday is swimwear day:

• Swimwear is compulsory in all indoor thermal water pools.
• The swimwear sauna must be used with swimwear on Tuesdays.
• The outdoor pool can still be used with or without swimwear.
• The traditional saunas and steam baths remain textile-free.

Please bring your own pool shoes. Pool shoes are compulsory in the “Palais Thermal”.

Admission to the “Palais Thermal” is included during your stay until check-out on your day of departure.

Continued use of the “Palais Thermal” on your day of departure is available for €20.00 – please contact hotel reception.

Admission to the “Vital Therme” is no longer included on your day of departure.

Genuine Bad Wildbad thermal water is available in all bathrooms in the “Badhotel” building – including directly from the bathtub tap.

Thermal water is also used in the “Palais Thermal” and the “Vital Therme”. You can taste it at a drinking fountain in the nearby Forum König-Karls-Bad.

The “Vital Therme” is only a few minutes’ walk from the hotel and its bathing area is used with swimwear.

Admission is included for hotel guests during their stay. On your day of departure, admission to the “Vital Therme” is no longer included in the room rate.

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
• Last admission is 1.5 hours before closing.

Your KONUS guest card allows you to use many forms of public transport in the Black Forest free of charge during your stay. You also benefit from various discounts in Bad Wildbad and the surrounding area.

Independently of the KONUS guest card, admission to the “Vital Therme” is also included for Mokni’s hotel guests during their stay – except on the day of departure.
