Arrival, check-in & check-out
Check-in and check-out for guests of both hotel buildings take place at our reception in the “Rossini” building .
If you expect to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know in good time by telephone or by e-mail. A later arrival is possible by prior arrangement.
When you arrive, please always go first to reception in the “Rossini” building – even if you have booked a room in the “Badhotel” or a garage parking space.
One hotel, two buildings
Mokni’s Palais Hotel & SPA consists of two buildings facing each other on the Kurplatz: “Rossini” and “Badhotel”. They are only around 40 metres apart.
Reception, check-in & breakfast
The “Rossini” houses reception, check-in and check-out as well as the daily sparkling wine breakfast buffet for guests of both hotel buildings.
More about the “Rossini”Bathrobe access & fitness
The “Badhotel” offers direct, weather-protected bathrobe access to the “Palais Thermal”. Our fitness studio of more than 200 m² is also located there.
More about the “Badhotel”Guests staying in the “Rossini” cross the Kurplatz in their bathrobes to visit the thermal spa. This is customary in Bad Wildbad.
Sparkling wine breakfast buffet & dining
The generous Sparkling wine breakfast buffet is served for guests of both hotel buildings in the “Rossini” .
Mokni’s does not have its own traditional hotel restaurant and does not normally offer half board. Numerous restaurants, cafés and bars can be found in the immediate vicinity. During your visit to the thermal spa, the bistro in the “Palais Thermal” is also available.
In the fitness area, hotel guests can enjoy a small wake-up espresso or Early Morning Coffee from 6:30 a.m.
Thermal spas & included services
Admission to the thermal spas is already included in our regular room rates and packages. During their stay, hotel guests can use both the “Palais Thermal” and the “Vital Therme” .
- “Palais Thermal”: historic thermal spa with thermal water pools, sauna area and direct bathrobe access via the “Badhotel”.
- “Vital Therme”: classic thermal bathing with swimwear, around a two-minute walk from the hotel.
- On the day of arrival: Thermal spa use is possible from the time your room is actually available.
- On the day of departure: The “Palais Thermal” is included until check-out. Further use can currently be added for an additional charge.
- “Vital Therme” on the day of departure: Use is no longer included in the room rate on the day of departure.

For special offers or different rates, individual services may be subject to different conditions. Your personal booking confirmation is always authoritative.
“Palais Thermal” & swimwear
Different swimwear rules apply in different areas of the “Palais Thermal”.
- The thermal water pools can generally be used either with or without swimwear.
- The new textile sauna can also generally be used with swimwear.
- The traditional saunas and the Roman steam bath are always used without swimwear.
- Every Tuesday is textile bathing day : On Tuesdays, swimwear is compulsory in the indoor pools and in the textile sauna. The outdoor pool can still be used with or without swimwear; the traditional sauna area remains textile-free.
Bathrobe, spa towels & room cleaning
We provide one loan bathrobe per person for the duration of the stay in the standard size L/XL. An additional bathrobe change is available for a fee of €5.00.
Spa towels are also provided free of charge and can be changed daily if required. A daily towel change is possible regardless of the regular room-cleaning schedule.
Smartphones, tablets and cameras are not permitted in the thermal spas in order to protect the privacy of other guests.
Massages & wellness treatments
In addition to your thermal spa visit, you can book selected massages and wellness treatments.
Appointments at short notice cannot be guaranteed. Popular times are often fully booked well in advance, so we recommend making a reservation before your arrival.
Rooms, Wi-Fi & facilities
Rooms with balconies are located exclusively in the “Badhotel”. Not every room category there automatically has a balcony – the exact description of your booked room is decisive.
Standard double rooms for single occupancy cannot normally be booked. Dedicated single-room categories are available for solo travellers.
Parking & EV charging
Only a limited number of garage parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. Advance reservation is required.
- Hotel garage: €8.50 per hotel night, subject to availability. The maximum entrance height is 2.00 m.
- P4 “Kurzentrum”: public car park approximately 500 metres from the hotel.
- P6 “Sportplatz”: free alternative, around a 20 to 30-minute walk away.
- EV charging: There is currently no hotel-owned charging station directly at the hotel. Public charging options are available in Bad Wildbad.
If you have reserved a garage parking space, please do not drive directly to the garage; first report to reception in the “Rossini”.
Pets & assistance dogs
Pets are generally not permitted in our hotel.
An exception applies to recognised assistance dogs with official identification and appropriate markings, such as guide dogs. Accommodation may be possible in the “Rossini” building by prior arrangement.
Please contact us before booking if you intend to arrive with a recognised assistance dog.
Rates, payment & booking conditions
- Rates: Published hotel rates include statutory VAT and exclude the applicable visitor’s tax.
- Payment: Cash, Girocard/EC card, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
- American Express: is not accepted.
- Cancellation: Conditions may vary depending on the rate, offer, seasonal period or package.
For your specific booking, only the price, payment and cancellation conditions stated in your personal booking confirmation are binding.

Where and when do check-in and check-out take place?
Check-in, check-out and reception for guests of both hotel buildings are located in the “Rossini”.
Your room is guaranteed to be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Regular check-in is possible until 6:00 p.m. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
What should I know if I arrive after 6:00 p.m.?
A later arrival is possible by prior arrangement. Please inform us in good time by telephone or e-mail if you expect to arrive after 6:00 p.m.
Please do not arrive unannounced after reception has closed, as access to your room must be arranged in advance.
What is the difference between the “Rossini” and the “Badhotel”?
The two buildings are around 40 metres apart on the Kurplatz. Reception, check-in, check-out and breakfast are located in the “Rossini”.
The “Badhotel” offers direct, weather-protected bathrobe access to the “Palais Thermal” and also houses the fitness studio.
When can I use the thermal spas and what applies on the day of departure?
Thermal spa use is possible on the day of arrival from the time your room is actually available.
On the day of departure, the “Palais Thermal” is included until check-out at 11:00 a.m. Afterwards, you can continue using the thermal spa for €20.00 per person, including the sauna area. You are welcome to use the bathrobe and spa towels from your room again for this purpose.
The “Vital Therme” is no longer included in the room rate on the day of departure.
Which services are included in the overnight rate?
Regular room rates and packages include, among other things, the sparkling wine breakfast buffet, admission to the “Palais Thermal”, use of the “Vital Therme” during your stay, the fitness studio, one loan bathrobe, spa towels and Wi-Fi.

What are the swimwear rules at the “Palais Thermal”?
The thermal water pools and the textile sauna can generally be used either with or without swimwear. The traditional saunas and the Roman steam bath are used without swimwear.

- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 7:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
Mokni’s does not have its own traditional hotel restaurant and does not normally offer half board.
Are bathrobes, spa towels and pool shoes provided?
We provide one loan bathrobe per person. Spa towels are also included and can be changed daily if required.
Pool shoes are not provided and should be brought with you.
Where can I park, and is there an EV charging station?
A limited number of garage parking spaces can currently be reserved for €8.50 per hotel night, subject to availability.
Alternatives are the public P4 “Kurzentrum” car park and the free P6 “Sportplatz” parking area. There is currently no hotel-owned EV charging station at the hotel.
What facilities do the rooms have, and are rooms with balconies available?
All rooms have a small refrigerator and free Wi-Fi.
Rooms with balconies are located exclusively in the “Badhotel”. Not every room category there automatically has a balcony.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
