Our non-smoking rooms have a classic and elegant design. Depending on the building and category, single rooms, double rooms and suites are available.

The rich sparkling wine breakfast buffet is served to all hotel guests in the “Rossini” building.

The hotel deliberately does not operate its own traditional hotel restaurant or hotel bar.

• The “Palais Thermal” is included on the day of departure until check-out.

• Pets are generally not permitted in the wellness hotel.

• Thermal-water pools can generally be used with or without swimwear.
• Traditional saunas and steam baths are used without swimwear.
• The new textile sauna can generally be used with or without swimwear; on Tuesdays, swimwear is compulsory.
• On Tuesdays, swimwear is compulsory in all indoor pools.
• The outdoor pool can still be used with or without swimwear on Tuesdays.
• Traditional saunas and steam baths remain textile-free on Tuesdays.
• Cameras are prohibited in both thermal spas – including smartphones and tablets.
• Not all hotel areas are fully accessible.

You receive the KONUS Black Forest guest card as part of the visitor’s tax. It allows free use of participating buses and trains in the Black Forest on local public transport and in second class.

Guests also benefit from various discounts, for example at leisure facilities, attractions and selected offers.

• Cancellation is generally free of charge up to three days before arrival.
