WILDLINE Bad Wildbad – suspension bridge above the Black Forest
380 metres across the Bärenklinge gorge, up to 60 metres above the forest floor and surrounded by the natural scenery of the Northern Black Forest: the WILDLINE combines panoramic views, woodland and a small dose of adventure.
What makes the WILDLINE so special?
The WILDLINE does not simply run in a straight line across the valley. Its walkway rises towards the centre. When you first step onto the bridge, the opposite end is therefore not yet completely visible – and every step reveals a new perspective across the forests of the Sommerberg.
Beneath your feet is a grated walkway, while views across the Bärenklinge open up on both sides. Gentle movement is part of the experience of crossing a suspension bridge. Those who take their time can enjoy the views and the Black Forest scenery particularly intensely.
