Accommodation contracts concluded with Mokni’s Palais Hotel & SPA are subject to our General Terms and Conditions, based on the current AGBH 8.2 issued by the German Hotel Association (Hotelverband Deutschland – IHA e.V.).
For your hotel booking
The General Terms and Conditions define the contractual framework governing the provision of hotel rooms and the associated services provided by our hotel.
Individual agreements and the conditions stated when making your booking – for example regarding the rate, length of stay or cancellation terms – remain unaffected.

The applicable version is AGBH 8.2, April 2026. It is issued by the Hotelverband Deutschland (IHA) e.V.
