As a family business, we have been striving for years to ensure that you can always enjoy your wellness holiday in our hotel at the fairest price/performance ratio, especially when booking directly (= best price guarantee ) . This is what we stand for with our best price guarantee and our direct service. After the extremely difficult economic years of the Corona pandemic and the associated closures, it was a fulfillment for us to be able to resume operations. Shortly afterwards, the next shock followed: the war in Europe and the resulting “energy crisis”.
Measures for 2023
As a family-run hotel, we have considered numerous alternatives as to how to implement corresponding savings without affecting the general processes and quality in our hotel. We have decided to include a few points for the course of the cold season as an approach in our planning. We hope not only for the understanding of you as guests of our hotel, but also for the solidarity of all those involved in order to be able to maintain the hotel operation with a fair price/performance ratio . In detail, this means:
- Minimum stay of two nights
- Room cleaning after every second night (towels changed daily as required, bathrobe rental once per stay)
- Minibars switched off by default (can be switched on free of charge)
- The heating in the public areas is centrally set to a “defensive” setting ( but as low as “comfortable” possible at normal room temperature )
- Connected thermal spa “Palais Thermal” no reduction of pool temperatures or similar
- Minimal changes to the thermal baths’ opening hours during the week to compensate for the high pool temperatures.
