Natural mud pack in the “Vital Therme” Di–Fr
At around 43°C, natural mud is applied to the body (often back and joints) on a heated waterbed. Recognized remedy; may be prescribed by a doctor. Note: appointments Tue–Fri only.

Invigorating body scrub
Salt-oil scrub or “mocha”: refines skin texture, removes flakes, and prepares ideally for a massage.
Energy point massage
Inspired by Eastern traditions: gentle strokes & acupressure help release blockages and harmonize energy flow.
Full-body massage
Like the classic massage, but for the whole body (double time). A popular all-round option.
Hot stone massage
Hot basalt stones are placed or used for massage; deep warmth helps release tension and restore energy.
Classic massage
Neck and back massage by certified therapists; comparable to a medical massage and helpful for various complaints.
Evening primrose oil bath
Full-body treatment with rich evening primrose oil in a warm softpack bed; active ingredients can penetrate deeply. Recommended after sauna/spa.
Soap-brush massage
Vigorous soap-brush peeling that deeply cleanses the skin and boosts circulation.
Grape seed oil massage
Classic massage with nourishing grape seed oil and a harmonious scent.
Water Shiatsu (WATSU)

Natural fango in the “Vital Therme” (Tuesday–Friday)
Applied at around 43 °C, natural fango is placed on the body—usually the back and joints. The treatment takes place on a tempered waterbed. Recognized therapeutic remedy; may be prescribed by a doctor. Bookable Tuesday to Friday.

Aromaoil massage (small)
Specialized partial massage with warm essential oils: relaxes the muscles, supports connective tissue & circulation, and the scent has a soothing effect on mood and metabolism.

Evening primrose oil bath
Rich full-body care with evening primrose oil (contains gamma-linolenic acid); wrapped in fleece while floating in the ~37 °C warm soft-pack bed—active ingredients can absorb deeply. Recommended at the end of a sauna/bathing day; on request, also possible in parallel in the same room.

Neck & back massage by state-certified therapists at Palais Thermal; equivalent to a medical massage and helps with various complaints.
Full-body massage
Like the classic massage, but treating the entire body (double the time). Very popular as a comprehensive alternative.
Hot stone massage
Hot basalt stones are placed on the body or used for massage; deep warmth helps release stress blockages and provides new energy. Complemented by sandstone stones from the Enz.

Inspired by Far Eastern techniques: gentle strokes & acupressure help release blockages and harmonize energy flow; an ideal complement to the sauna effect.
Soap-brush massage
Vigorous soap-brush exfoliation that thoroughly cleanses the skin, boosts circulation, and stimulates energy flow.

Meditative massage technique developed from Zen Shiatsu: supported in ~35 °C warm water, moved almost weightlessly and gently massaged—relieving the spine, making movement easier; physical and emotional tension may release. Offered on weekends in the Blue Bath.

The extended WATSU version with longer, flowing sequences and gentle stretches in warm water—maximum deep relaxation and noticeable relief for body and mind. Offered on weekends in the Blue Bath.
